Abstract

Of 16 varieties tested, E303, E501, E502, E503, E601 and E641 were moderately resistant to Atherigona soccata and Chilo partellus, SPV102 was moderately resistant to A. soccata and IS5490 was highly resistant to A. soccata. Yield characters were good in these lines
