Abstract

A field trial revealed peak incidence of Spodoptera litura in terms of larvae was observed during last week of December 2004 and the incidence had no significant relationship with temparature, relative humidity and wind speed. The results of chemical control trial indicated that indoxacarb @ 0.0145% and thiodicarb @ 0.075% were most effective in reducing larval population of S. litura besides recording higher fenugreek seed yield
