Abstract

Proteins of anthers of 6 CMS lines, their maintainers, restorer TNS30 and 6 TNS30 × CMS line hybrids were separated using PAGE. Differences in protein profiles observed between the CMS lines and their maintainers may be of use for differentiating the fertility/sterility status of sorghum genotypes.
