Abstract
Groundnut is an important food legume and oil seed crop in
the world. India is one of the leading groundnut producing
countries since it accounts for about 34.5 per cent of world’s
groundnut area and about 27.3 per cent production. The average
productivity during kharif and rabi / summer seasons were
around 1,000 and 1,500 kg/ha, which are much lower than the
potential....
