Abstract
It is usually necessary to include herbicides for weed control in the overall management program to initiate and maintain good quality Bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.] turf. Herbicides applied post emergence to weeds have given various degrees of control in turf (1,2,3,4,5,6,7). Not only is weed identification important relative to selecting a herbicide for effective control of most weeds, but the proper intervals between applications is equally important(4).
