Abstract
This bulletin clearly brings out the issues concerning the economic sustainability of improved oilseeds (groundnut, sesame, sunflower, niger, rapeseed-mustard, safflower, linseed, and castor) production technologies in terms of productivity potentials andprofitability of the latest recommended technologies under real farm situations, the extent of possible reduction in the cost of cultivation of improved technology without sacrificing yields, and the levels of economic sustainability of improved technologies under real farm situations with the help of a new methodology suggested for assessment of the economic sustainability
