Abstract
This report is an abstract of an interim document presented and endorsed by the IBPGR in February 1983. 1. The present state of forage germplasm resources is reviewed and the main repositories listed (Tables 1&2). 2. It is concluded that for priority and operational purposes three areas should be listed (Table 3):
