Abstract

In a study of 100-kernel weight, shelling percentage and oil content in 17 varieties during 1971-72 and 1974-75, Faizpur 1-5 had a consistently high 100-kernel weight and oil content, while Ah6279 had a consistently high shelling percentage. Significant genotype X environment interaction was found for all the characters
