Abstract

Field experiments were carried out during kharif 1987 at the College Farm, APAU, Rajendranagar on assessment of yield losses due to, and the effect of interaction of different fertilisers on, pearl millet downy mildew. A factorial randomised block design was used with each treatment having three replications. Metalaxyl SD 35 as seed treatment, Metalaxyl SD 35 + one foliar spray of Metalaxyl 25 WP, and foliar spray alone of Metalaxyl 25 WP, were used for the assessment of yield losses on 5 pearl millet cultivar s viz., 7042, HB-3, ICMS 7703, WCC-75 and ICMH 451, ....
