Abstract

Pod yield of groundnut was significantly influenced by adoption of all the agronomic practices like seed treatment with Thirum, recommended spacing, recommended dose of fertilizer, pre-emergence weedicide application, protective irrigation, foliar application of FeSO4 + citric acid and treatment with Trichoderma. Higher pod yield (1344 kg ha−1), haulm yield (2153 kg ha−1) and protein content (22.57%) was recorded with adoption of recommended package of practices. Oil content was unaffected under various treatments.
