Abstract

A Collaborative study directly comparing the proposed BF melhod with the two AOAC official first action methods for aflatoxin in peanut products (commonly designated as the C:B and the Celite methods) was carried out on both naturally contaminated ground peanuts and specially prepared peanut butters, as well as Commercial peanut butter and peanut meal to which known amounts of the Aflatoxins were added
