Abstract

Normal germination of groundnut seeds from plants treated with benomyl + mancozeb + oil against leaf diseases was greater 7 months after harvest than after 1 month. This treatment also produced more dead seeds 1 month after harvest than did other treatments. Effects of foliar fungicides on seed germinability and fungal infection can be easily masked by extreme environmental conditions
