Abstract

During 1965 ad 1967, fourteen field experiments were carried out with sesame, peanuts and safflower at six locations in Mexico. In order to study the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization on grain yields and on oil, protein ad fibre contents of the seed. Laboratory determination of the seed contents were made at Purdue University. The soils included clays, clay loams, silty clays, silty clay loams. silt loams, sandy loams and loamy sands which are characteristic of the producer regions where the experiments were established......
