Abstract

The mean values for pod and seed size and weight and seeds/pod were determined for 75 A. hypogaea genotypes from Colombia, Mexico, Spain and Venezuela grown during 1987. Least significant difference was calculated for each yield component and frequency distributions for these components and seed colour were plotted. Seed weight and pod weight were correlated, as were pod weight and length.
