Abstract

Oncol [benfuracarb] at 5% as a seed treatment was tested against Atherigona soccata on sorghum in the wet season of 1982 at Parbhani, India, in combination with the fungicides captan, carbendazim and benomyl. The insecticide and the fungicides appeared to be quite compatible; the highest grain yield was obtained from plots treated with benfuracarb and captan and the highest fodder yield from those treated with benfuracarb alone or with benomyl
